QP Property is a property investment company providing family, social and shared housing from the private rented market. We purchase properties with the aim to provide a quality standard of rental homes and in addition manage those properties as well as properties for other private landlords.

We will consider any type of property available for purchase including vendors in negative equity or those at risk of repossession. We are able to provide help for most people wishing to sell their property regardless of the current situation you may be in and this includes:

- Properties that require substantial work to bring them to a saleable condition
- If you are facing repossesion with arrears on your mortgage
- If you have little or no equity in the property and even, in some cases, where you are in negative equity
- Where you just need to sell very quickly due to a death or a divorce or due to changes in work circumstances

For every property that comes to us we first ascertain its open market value based on previous like-for-like sales over the past 2 or 3 years.Once we have determined this we then take into consideration the condition of the property and the work that will be required to bring it to a state that meets the expectations we would have if it were to be our own home. This can include building works, decorations, replacement fittings, etc. Finally we would also take into consideration any legal requirements made on landlords by the goverment in order to provide safe housing for our tenants.

As property investors we will we are of course in business ultimately and this means that we ultimately need to weigh up the risks and costs involved in any property we purchase. In order to make the purchase a worthwhile investment we make an offer based upon a value that is lower that the open market value of the property.
